Rest and light yoga practice with Nicole and Birgit before dinner;

After the dinner: Questions & Answers about the retreat program.
Day 2 (Sun)
2nd official arrival of guests.
Meditation 07.00–07.30 – Fruit, Tea and biscuits;
08.00–09.30 Yoga practice with Birgit;
Brunch;
After brunch: Prepare to leave for individual activities (Freediving, Kitesurfing, Scubadiving etc.);
17.00 Return to resort;
17.30–19.00 Yoga stretch with Nicole;
19.30 Dinner;
After the dinner: Questions & Answers about the retreat program (for the new arrived guests).
Day 3 (Mon)
07.00–07.30 Meditation – Fruits, Tea and biscuits;
08.00–09.30 Yoga practice with Birgit;
Brunch;
12.00 Group trip to the Blue Hole for diving, freediving, snorkelling, swimming etc.;
17.00 Return to resort;
17.30 Yoga stretch with Nicole;
19.30 Dinner.
Day 4 (Tue)
08.00–18:30 Group trip with boat to Ras Abu Galum for scuba diving (qualified divers only) snorkelling, swimming, resting etc.;*
Late afternoon: Optional Yoga at Blue Lagoon with Birgit;
19.30 Dinner;
* When strong winds and waves, boat will go to Gabrel Bint instead of Ras Abu Galum.
Day 5, 7 (Wed, Fri)
07.00–07.30 Meditation – Fruits, Tea and biscuits;
08.00–09.30 Yoga practice with Birgit;
Brunch;
After brunch: Prepare to leave for individual activities (Freediving, Kitesurfing, Scubadiving etc.);
17.00 Return to resort;
17.30–19.00 Yoga stretch with Nicole;
19.30 Dinner.
Day 6 (Thu)
07.00–07.30 Meditation – Fruits, Tea and biscuits;
08.00–09.30 Yoga practice with Nicole;
Brunch;
14.00 Group trip to Desert and Bedouin evening.
Day 7 Midnight to Day 8 (Fri night, Sat half day)
Midnight: Journey to Moses Mountain & St. Catherine Monastery;
Hike to Moses Mountain to watch sunrise.;
Small individual meditation session on Moses Mountain;
Breakfast in Camp on bottom of Mountain;
Yoga session on bottom of Mountain with Birgit;
Visit the St. Catherine Monastery (Optional visit of the Women’s project);
14.00 Back in Dahab;
Afternoon – free to rest at resort or individual activities;
17.30–19.00 Yoga stretch with Nicole;
Farewell dinner at the resort at 19.30 hrs.
Day 9 (Sun)
Departure day
07.00–07.30 Meditation – Fruits, Tea and biscuits;
08.00–09.30 Yoga practice with Birgit;
Brunch.
(Option: to prolong stay in hotel until departure day).
